How can I sum up my 50 years in business in two short paragraphs? One truth stands above all others:

“People will never consistently do – who they aren’t”

This insight has transformed businesses and lives (including my own). It's what often holds us back from reaching the level of success we deserve because of the value we deliver to our clients.

But there is a solution.

My journey began on 2nd February 1972 as a Private Investigator, evolving through various businesses including early carphones and building a successful leasing business. After selling for several million, I (semi) retired at 42 - until a financial disaster brought me back to what I now know had always been my purpose.

For the past 30+ years, I've had the privilege of helping fellow consultants, coaches and business owners share their valuable knowledge with a waiting world.

As the UK's most prolific business development author, nothing brings me more joy than seeing that moment when clients (who become friends) realise their true value. Watching them build those businesses and lives of choice - that makes me smile. Oh yes!
